ABOUT Stephanie Perilli
Stephanie Perilli has dedicated more than 17 years to the non-profit sector, building meaningful relationships that strengthen communities through philanthropy, volunteerism, and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of charitable organizations, leading fundraising initiatives, corporate partnerships, community engagement, and events that inspire people to make a difference.
As Executive Director of the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton, Stephanie has found what she considers home. Having previously worked with the organization earlier in her career, returning to lead the Christmas Bureau has been a full-circle moment. Christmas has always held a special place in her heart, and she believes everyone deserves to experience the comfort, dignity, and sense of belonging that the holiday season can bring.
Stephanie is passionate about building lasting relationships, empowering volunteers, and creating opportunities for individuals, businesses, and community partners to make a meaningful impact. She believes that every act of generosity - whether it’s volunteering time, making a donation, or simply checking in on a neighbour - helps build a stronger, more compassionate community.
When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her adult son - Julian, her beloved 14 year old Chihuahua - Moose, spending quality time with her family and friends, and celebrating everything Christmas. For Stephanie, Christmas isn’t simply a season - it’s an opportunity for neighbours to care for neighbours. She considers it a privilege to work alongside the incredible staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners who help make that spirit of generosity come to life each and every year.
