ABOUT Nicole Fauser
Nicole has been in the non-profit sector since 2022, drawn to the opportunity to help support resilient, connected and thriving communities. Nicole brings a mix of compassionate care and a commitment to creating welcoming and inclusive spaces where people feel connected and valued in their work. As the Volunteer and Community Relations Coordinator, Nicole has the privilege of working alongside the generous volunteers and community members whose time, dedication and care help ensure that Edmontonians in need feel supported at Christmas time. She believes that volunteers are at the heart of every great organization and is inspired by the generosity, compassion and unique experiences they bring.
Growing up, Nicole (and her twin sister) believed their vocational calling to be that of Christmas Elves. Combine that with a love language of making and sharing food, and the belief in the transformative power of kindness and Nicole’s younger self would be ecstatic to have found the perfect job at the Christmas Bureau!
“As someone whose holidays have always been filled with an abundance of love, laughter and family gathered around the table, I recognize how incredibly fortunate I’ve been. I hope every family served by the Christmas Bureau feels that same sense of warmth, belonging and care. A shared meal is more than just food; it is a reminder that no one is alone and that a caring community stands beside them.”
