ABOUT James Thomas
James Thomas is a seasoned retail banking executive with nearly 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his banking career with Canada Trust/TD, followed by ATB Financial, before joining Servus Credit Union in 2011. Throughout his career, James has steadily progressed through leadership roles, building extensive experience in retail banking and financial services.
As Vice President, Retail Banking at Servus, James leads a team of talented and dedicated financial professionals who are committed to helping members across Alberta achieve their financial goals and improve their financial well-being.
Outside of work, James enjoys playing soccer and golf, as well as spending time with his family on long walks through Edmonton’s beautiful River Valley.
James joined the Edmonton Christmas Bureau Board because he is deeply passionate about supporting the community and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to experience the joy and warmth of the holiday season. The Bureau’s mission of providing festive meals and hampers to families in need strongly resonates with his personal values and his commitment to making a meaningful difference in the community.
