ABOUT Ariel Campbell

Ariel brings more than 13 years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a career dedicated to supporting children’s programming, youth leadership, and community development. She has also worked in the employment services field, helping individuals reconnect with meaningful work through workshops that build both practical skills and confidence. Throughout her career, Ariel has embraced a people-first approach, inspired by a powerful lesson learned in a leadership development program - that people need people. That belief continues to guide how she builds genuine relationships, strengthens community connections, and supports those around her.

For Ariel, Christmas has always been about togetherness. Some of her favourite memories are of gathering around a full table with family, sharing meals, traditions, laughter, and the simple moments that matter most. Those experiences shaped her belief that everyone deserves to feel connected, supported, and cared for—especially during the holiday season.

Working with the Christmas Bureau allows Ariel to be part of creating those moments of connection for others. She is inspired by the generosity of the community and the opportunity to help ensure families experience the warmth, dignity, and joy that make the holidays so meaningful. To her, the Christmas Bureau’s mission is about more than providing support—it’s about strengthening community, fostering belonging, and reminding people that no one should feel alone.

Outside of work, Ariel enjoys spending time camping and being in the mountains, crafting, and supporting local shops. Above all else, family comes first, and she carries that same spirit of care and connection into everything she does.
