Volunteers who are organized and task-oriented will receive personalized training from the office manager to aid in all matters associated with filing.

Hamper Sponsorship Program
The Hamper Sponsorship Program matches community and corporate groups with clients who have requested a hamper. The hamper sponsor clerk assists the hamper sponsorship coordinator with processing applications of sponsors and matching them with Christmas Bureau clients. The hamper sponsor clerk is required to have knowledge in database maintenance, email, and word processing. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. As there is extensive training involved with this volunteer position, we ask that volunteers be available for a minimum of one shift per week for the duration of the campaign running from mid-November to mid-December.
