Need help this Christmas?

The Christmas Bureau of Edmonton begins accepting applications for Christmas assistance on November 1 until December 8. Applications must be done by phone or in person. If you find yourself in need of Christmas assistance, there are three ways that you can apply for services:

1. By calling our intake line at 780-414-7695 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
2. By visiting our office at 4230 118 Avenue (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).

The Christmas Bureau of Edmonton offers a one-stop application process. This means that when you apply for Christmas assistance for your family, you will also be asked to provide information for any children and teens that live in the home. Children aged 0 to 12 years are eligible to receive toys through 630 CHED Santas Anonymous. Teens aged 13 to 17 years are eligible to receive a gift card through our Adopt-A-Teen program.
